If your item you wish to exchange is no longer available you may be issued a credit for purchasing items at RareSeeds.ca for a future date no longer than 365 days after receipt of purchase. All exchanged merchandise must be in original factory packaging, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.*All exchanges require your original RareSeeds.ca receipt.
You may send the item/s back by Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Letter-Mail. If your order was shipped by Letter-Mail, please send back by Letter-Mail to avoid higher shipping fees.
If your item is found to be defective, you do not necessarily have to send the item back. If you can email us a picture or video that clearly shows the defect/s and we are satisfied that the item was bought from us, then we will promptly send you a replacement.
